I recently contributed to a Forbes Agency Council article exploring how B2B brands can overcome digital marketing fatigue.
My perspective is simple: buyers are not tired of marketing. They are tired of marketing that feels generic, irrelevant or disconnected from what they actually need.
As channels become more crowded with automated messaging and surface-level personalization, earning attention requires more than simply increasing volume. The brands that stand out understand the buyer’s context, communicate with relevance and deliver value before asking for anything in return.
This reflects how we approach marketing at FRENZY. Today’s buyers are more informed, selective and skeptical, so brands need to build credibility and trust much earlier in the journey.
The future of B2B marketing belongs to brands that are more relevant, more credible and more human.
