SITUATION

The Ingenico Group, a global payment company, came to FRENZY to help expand its network with key industry analysts. The payments brand wanted to tap into FRENZY’s vast experience in fintech to build relationships with premier analysts. Ingenico looked to FRENZY to help define its target audience and position the brand as a leader in global seamless payments through building trust with top analysts.

SOLUTION

Developed an international analyst relations program to connect Ingenico with the leading, relevant analysts. The program involved monitoring the brand’s share of voice and detailed spokesperson training to ensure all Ingenic representatives were well-prepared for analyst briefings. It also comprised coordinating exclusive briefings with top analysts at industry trade shows and conferences by providing on-site support at key events such as NRF, Cartes and Mobile World Congress.

RESULTS

59 analyst briefings with inclusion in 17 reports including Forrester, Gartner and OVUM, leading within a 12 month period.
