CREATING A DIGITAL-FIRST MINDSET FOR GLOBAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY

Verizon aimed to transform the behavior of its internal sales and marketing teams by encouraging the adoption of digital-first tools. This included leveraging social media, optimizing posts, and implementing email marketing initiatives. The goal was to modernize outdated practices and ensure that the team was aligned with current digital trends.
SOLUTION
FRENZY collaborated with Verizon’s internal sales and marketing teams to identify and address the challenges associated with adopting a digital-first mindset. A series of engaging assets was created to drive behavioral change, including trending memes centered around the theme “Coffee First…” Additionally, an intuitive internet portal was designed, and creative entry points to encourage a shift toward digital thinking.
RESULTS
Verizon implemented a nationwide digital-first initiative, successfully driving a shift in behavior and fostering a digital-first mindset across the organization.
